A £50 deposit secures your date and booking. This ensures your spot is reserved.
Yes! After paying your deposit, you can contact us for a payment link which allows payments to be made up to the party date! otherwise the balance of the party is due 7 days before your party date.
Starter packages are 1.5 hours and all other packages are 2 x hours due to having more included.
Doors open 20 minutes before your party starts. This gives you time to bring any extras or personal touches (though we’ve got most things sorted for you).
No, add-ons must be booked for all guests attending. This includes UV face painting, bubble teas, glitter, and more. It’s an all-in experience for everyone!
We have packages up to 15 kids and up to 20 kids! any extra guests outside that limit will be worked out at a single per head rate and added to your party balance.
Please let us know in advance about any allergies to drinks, snacks, or prizes. We’ll do our best to make sure everything is safe and enjoyable.
This is included in our SUPERSTAR VIP PACKAGE! Send us photos of the guest of honour before the party, and we’ll create a special video to display during the event.

Yes, we take care of setup, running the event, and cleanup. You just bring the fun vibes! However, we’re not responsible for accidents, so please supervise guests as needed.
Yes! This is separate from the ‘Star of the Day’ video and costs £20. It’s a professionally edited video using footage from your party – a perfect memento!

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the party venue for health and safety reasons. Some guests may have allergies.
We’ve got everything covered for a fabulous party setup, so there’s no need to bring anything! 🎉 But we understand you might want to bring a celebration cake or other cool extras.
We’re totally happy for you to bring along your own items – just let us know in advance if it’s something big, so we can adjust things to make room. Food is not allowed other than a birthday cake! we provide hot and cold food add ons of you want food at your event.
